Hosts of The Collective Retreat
We understand the challenges of investing in real estate. With over 20 combined years of real estate, we’ve successfully navigated the challenges of real estate sales, flips, auctions, and MLS purchases. We invest in cities and rural areas, working as agents locally and with agents in other markets. We collectively own 40+ units in long, short, and mid-term rental models.
Our philosophy is we need each other and we love to create spaces where women are empowered to create the futures we want.
Born out of our own impromptu masterminds and real estate convos, we learned the value of true collaboration, sharing knowledge, and drawing from one another’s strengths.

How we’ll recharge
Located in beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia, the retreat will be hosted October 14-16, 2024 at The Park, an intentionally selected private vintage motel-style short-term rental with a relaxing pool and within walking distance of the beach.
How we’ll relate
We will facilitate a connective and collective learning environment where the strength and knowledge of the entire group will empower us all. We will have lots of time for discussion, questions, and connections on all things real estate investing.

Born out of a desire to create a space where people could unplug from the stressors of modern life and explore St. Simons local culture, owners Bryce Brock and Kelly Revels collaborated to create five one-of-a-kind rental experiences centered around an iconic pool and courtyard.
